Free has no charge and allows 1 course, up to 100 students and up to 50 items, counting lessons, activities and quizzes together. All other community features, such as the feed, calendar, leaderboard, challenges and learning paths, are already available. For more courses and students, subscribe to Pro.

By credit card, through Stripe, in Brazilian reais (BRL), with automatic renewal at the end of each period (monthly or 12 months). Pix and recurring boleto are not available.

There is no penalty. Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid, and then the community goes back to Free on its own. Until that date you can undo it with "Keep Pro". Existing courses and items stay; the Free limits only apply to creating new ones.

Yes. With an active subscription, plan changes, the card and invoices are handled in the Stripe portal, opened from your community's Subscription screen.

Custom domains are a Pro plan feature. The admin enters the address, for example courses.yourcompany.com, and creates the DNS record shown on the screen. At that address, the community opens directly, with its own name and look. During the beta, custom domain publishing is still being set up on the platform.

The app works in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Each person chooses the language in their profile or leaves it on automatic, which follows the device language. Content you write, such as courses, lessons and posts, appears as written.

Yes. Wekoni opens in the browser on phones and computers and can be installed on the home screen as an app. Once installed, it receives calendar reminders as notifications (on iPhone, from iOS 16.4) and opens without internet, showing the last saved version of what you have already seen.

Yes. In Settings, Integrations, you link each product to courses. A paid sale grants access automatically, creating the student's account if they don't have one yet. Refunds, chargebacks and cancellations remove the courses that sale had granted.

Each lesson takes a video link, for example from YouTube or Vimeo, and Wekoni shows the player inside the lesson. Lessons can also have downloadable materials, such as PDFs, spreadsheets and slides.

Yes. The admin picks what grants a certificate: a module, course, learning path, challenge or mock exam. On completion (or on passing the mock exam), the student gets the certificate right away, to download as PDF or print, with a code anyone can verify on a public link. The community can have several templates, with its own logo, signature and text.

Each community has its own terms of use and privacy policy, with acceptance recorded by version and date. The audit log records what each student does, such as sign-ins, lessons, quizzes and posts, and the admin can export it as CSV. On phones, data stored for offline use is erased when signing out.

Anyone with a Wekoni account can create a community and becomes its admin. Each person creates one community and can join others as a student.
